At Raina Fashions, every kurti, apparel item, and jewellery piece is carefully inspected, quality-checked, and securely packed before dispatch.

Once an order has been delivered, returns and refunds are not accepted, except where specifically stated in this policy. By placing an order with Raina Fashions, you agree to these terms.

Exchange Policy

An exchange will be considered only if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • You receive a verified manufacturing defect.
  • You receive a size different from the size confirmed in your order.

All claims are subject to verification by the Raina Fashions team. If the same product, colour, design, or size is unavailable, we may offer another product of equal value, subject to availability.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A clear, continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory for damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect product claims.

The video must:

  • Start before the parcel is opened.
  • Clearly show the shipping label.
  • Show the complete opening without cuts or edits.
  • Clearly show the product and issue.

Claims without a valid unboxing video may not be accepted.

How to Request an Exchange

Eligible exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted. Please do not send any product back without confirmation from Raina Fashions.

Items Not Eligible for Exchange

Exchanges will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Personal preference.
  • Incorrect size, colour, or design selected by the customer.
  • Clearance or non-exchangeable promotional products, unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, repaired, stitched, or modified.
  • Products with stains, perfume, body odour, makeup, sweat, or signs of use.
  • Jewellery that has been worn.
  • Missing tags, packaging, accessories, or accompanying items.
  • Damage caused after delivery through improper use, washing, handling, or storage.
  • Claims without the required unboxing video.
  • Claims raised after 48 hours.

Size-Related Issues

Customers should check the size chart and product measurements before ordering kurtis or apparel.

If the size delivered matches the size selected while ordering, fit or sizing preference will not be considered a defect.

If Raina Fashions sends a different size from the confirmed order, the item will be eligible for exchange.

Slight measurement differences may occur because of garment manufacturing and manual measurement.

No Return Policy

Raina Fashions does not accept returns after delivery.

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, fit preference, colour preference, incorrect size selection, or ordering the wrong design.

Eligible product issues will be handled through the exchange process.

Refund Policy

Raina Fashions follows a No Refund Policy for delivered orders.

Refunds will not normally be provided for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer.
  • Personal preference regarding colour, fit, print, fabric, design, or style.
  • Courier or logistics delays.
  • Refusal to accept delivery.
  • Exchange requests that do not meet this policy.
  • Products already worn, washed, altered, used, or damaged after delivery.

For verified issues, our preferred resolution will be replacement or exchange rather than a monetary refund.

If Raina Fashions is unable to fulfil an eligible replacement in exceptional circumstances, the appropriate resolution will be communicated to the customer.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch, subject to confirmation from Raina Fashions.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

Customers should verify product, size, colour, delivery details, and other order information before confirming an order.

Quality Check

For kurtis and apparel, we check areas such as:

  • Fabric condition
  • Stitching
  • Print and embroidery
  • Buttons, zippers, and fastenings
  • Finishing
  • Size label
  • Overall garment condition

For jewellery, we check:

  • Finish and polish
  • Stone setting
  • Clasps and closures
  • Chains and links
  • Overall craftsmanship
  • Packaging

Product Colour, Print & Appearance Variations

Actual products may appear slightly different due to:

  • Photography or studio lighting
  • Screen and camera settings
  • Image editing
  • Fabric texture
  • Natural dye or print variations
  • Print placement
  • Embroidery or handcrafted elements
  • Reflections on jewellery finishes

For hand-block printed, Ajrakh, tie-dye, embroidered, handcrafted, or similar products, minor variations are normal and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Minor differences between product photographs and actual colours will also not normally qualify for exchange.

Jewellery Care

To maintain jewellery, avoid exposure to:

  • Water and excessive moisture
  • Sweat
  • Perfume
  • Lotions and cosmetics
  • Sanitizers
  • Chemicals and cleaning agents

Store jewellery separately in a dry pouch or jewellery box.

Tarnishing, scratches, discolouration, or damage caused by improper care, storage, or use will not be treated as a manufacturing defect.

Garment Care

Customers should follow the recommended wash and care instructions for each garment.

Damage caused by incorrect washing, harsh detergents, bleaching, improper ironing, unsuitable machine drying, alterations, or improper storage will not qualify as a manufacturing defect.

Some natural fabrics and traditionally dyed or printed garments may show minor colour variation or colour release during initial washes.

Shipping Damage

If a parcel appears torn, crushed, wet, opened, or damaged at delivery, record its condition before opening it.

Create a continuous unboxing video showing the package and shipping label before opening.

Shipping damage or missing-product claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with the required evidence.
